Good day all....it's RestoMike

Good day.....I am new to the Classic Oldsmobile forum however not new to classic automobiles. I've been doing restorations for many years....primarily Corvettes. I also enjoy swap meeting and searching for classic parts and restoration of classic automobile parts. Good to meet you all.

Regards,
RestoMike

Welcome to this site! If you ever get an Oldsmobile to restore to factory-like original condition, this is the place to be to get questions answered. Oddly enough, I learned a lot about bringing a car to original-like condition by restoring my Corvette back in the early 2000s! The knowledge I gained there sure did help in restoring my 4-4-2 in the 2005-2007 time frame. And now, I'm doing another 4-4-2! It pays to be able to find your way around an assembly manual and/or a chassis service manual! Anyway, welcome aboard. This is what I believe to be the best Olds site going!

Welcome Mike. Wish you were closer to me I've got a Corvette that's giving me fits.

How about some pictures of the pup?

Welcome to the site. My restoration experience started with a 1972 LT-1 back in the late 80's and has progressed from there. They can be a real learning experience. I find myself wishing parts availability would be half as good for my 1968 as it is for the 'Vettes.

Thank you all for the warm welcome. This past weekend had the experience of attending my 3rd Good Guys event....holy moly was there many.....many great looking cars.

I'm including a few pics of the cars I've had the privilege of restoring. Once again, thanks for the welcome.
