Finnish member

Hi to all!

Today i'm gonna get my hands on to my new american steel
Its 1975 delta88royale convertible. Engine is original 455 ofcourse
I just testdrived her and i just loved how smooth old car runs.
I think this is one of the last conv for olds am i right?

My brother in law has original 69' 442conv, 70 cutlass Ht 468cid and 71' vista cruiser, so he is one grazy oldsman Hope i will be soon too...
I hope i get tech help from here because the finnish forums are quite lame.

Sure she lives in cold finland but ill drive her only at summertime.
Got so much little things to fix but i just love her as she is
I named her after licenseplate. CRYbaby

Things to do:

-Headers and dual exhaust. Only one little tube now...and kat.. Nothing too loud thou..
-Cleaning the engine bay. Get rid of AC because this is cold finland not california..
-Wheels and rims. Newer liked these hubcabs...TorqThrustII or centerlines
-Front bumber. Its twisted and rusted. Hard to find orig they say? 2-piece perhaps...?
-New paintjob.

Just thought i post some pictures of my brother in laws oldsmobiles.

The one that we are sitting in 442 is when it was just painted and 468 under the hood.
After that summer a friend of ours did a crash at the backend... with Dodge Dart.
442 is now under construction and waiting for parts.

Roadsalt is being used here for ages, but they have lowered the amount of it during few last years. I guess we have the most rusted cars in the hole wide world..
Our olds are only for summer use luckily

I have been becoming fond of the mid 70's deltas . I have recently found a nice (not mint ) for a fair price the wife really loves it , but I am unsure on owning a convert
