The Blue Beauty

New to the forum , lots of reading over the last year. Lots of good info here & talent (thank-you) !

Not sure why someone put blue on the engine but it’s got the numbers matching 330 with #2 heads. Pretty sure it’s the low compression one with a 2 speed transmission. I may put a 350 turbo trans in at some point, still undecided.

thats great, i wonder if it came from the factory missing the side chrome? it appears to be a post car. post a pic of the data tag under the hood on the firewall

Will do over the next week. The trunk is full of chrome & pieces. Guy I bought it off of days 90% of the stuff is in there but I haven’t gone through it all & am not by any means up to speed on them. Just saw it & loved the body style/look. Had a few guys tell me to LS swap it but after reading up the last year I really want to keep it olds. I actually like everything about ole girl. It’s a shame the frame is a bit rough .

I’m leaning about 80% towards a cutlassefi stroker crank & cam build.

Drove it a bit last year & it would burn 2 litres of oil in 100 km. Not mosquito in sight lol.

Welcome to the site, eh! Great project car there. The TH350 is a good swap but also is the TH-200-4R which gives you an overdrive gear.
