This is a weekly show from memorial day to labor day on Mondays. I finally had a chance to stop by with my wife and son. There was a great turnout, probably 50 to 60 cars with 2 Oldsmobiles there.

Packard was my grandfather's brand of choice so i loved seeing this one out.

Yeah objectively she wasn't the prettiest or the cleanest car there but when it comes to Olds I feel no need to be objective.

Definitely the car I spent the most time by followed by the Cutlass.

 

Wow very cool !!! I used to live in Blue Island , 138th and Chatham Near Mother of Sorrows school, used to work at the Monkey Wards at 95th and Western in Evergreen Park. thanks for the pics.

 

Was out today with the family and stumbled across a car show and another 2 Oldsmobiles. This time in Crown Point IN

57 Olds 88 convertible

And a 77-84 Regency 98 two door. Someone can probably pinpoint that year better than me. Both were my favorite color.

 

The Regency looks like an '84. I had a few, down to one now.

 

That '57 J-2 convertible looks absoulutely gorgeous .
Right down to the " tar top " battery .
