Blower Fan motor

I have a 1970 olds cutlass SX and I was wondering the location of the blower fan motor. Would this be under the dash or in the engine compartment? Thank you.

It's on the engine side of the firewall, but you have to remove the passenger side fender (or at least the inner fender) to access it.

I've done this by removing the plastic inner fender liner and it wasn't a bad project. But if your car has spent time in the rust belt the bolts may rotate the clip/nut and tear the plastic liner. Thankfully that's not an issue where I live, but I've heard others have had that experience.
