another 442 guy here

Hello Oldsmobile people! I have been reading this forum for quite a while now and decided that it was time to join up, and get in on some of the conversation. My name is Dan Knight and I am just a regular guy, who has way to many projects(so I am told). My favorite project is a 70 442 W-30 that Ive had for a lot of years, many of which the car sat around not seeing much attention. Ive been told over the years that I need to "poop, or get off the pot!" so I am finally going to get going on it. From reading all of your forums here, I know I will be able to get excellent advise from you guys when I need it. Thankyou, and happy motoring!

Welcome to the site neighbor! I'm up in Medford and there's not enough of us in this part of the country. Looks like you've got a rare one to rebuild! There's some folks on here with lots of knowledge about these cars so as your project progresses don't hesitate to post any questions or comments on your car. John

No flood expected, just a low dollar hoist! Here are a couple more pics, sorry, they are kind of low quality. Thank you all for the kind words, this is a really cool site!
