Thanks.
Not much history, but I did meet a previous owner at a car show who told me it had been imported by an American serviceman. It has been in this country since at least 1983 as far as I can tell.

I found this forum while trying to find ways of opening the trunk without the key (I'm hoping the keys are in there!). Going to try a live feed to the button in the glove box.

Welcome from the other end of the UK.

Are there many American car owners near you?, I wouldn't be surprised to find someone else's key will open yours.

Failte! Nice looking Delta. You have the advantage that guys in UK and the Continent are more in tune to Diesels than we are here in the States.

Parts may not be easiest to source but given proper use and maintenance that maligned 350 Diesel was not as bad an engine as a lot of Americans made it out to be. The problem was a lot of people who bought these Diesels had absolutely no business owning a Diesel. GM's ads touting "lower maintenance" translated as "no maintenance" for those people.

Cheers All.
I took a live feed to the trunk release button in the glove box and opened the boot. The keys were in there which was a huge relief. New keys are now a priority.

Some more pics to follow.
