70 Toro!!!

Hi everyone! I'm new to the site and would love to meet some other 1970 toronado owners. Especially those who have more knowledge than me...actually that's everyone...lol....this is my first resto and so far soo good but I have many questions... For instance can I use a choke heat stove from a cutlass or a 442 like those in fusick page 54? As an amateur I torn it up trying to remove it as the bolts were mangled and rusted on! And now after a .030 overbore I'm ready to start putting engine back together so I can see what else I have to do....anyway hope to talk to y'all soon...

Marc

I'll have to double check the part number, but I think Toro is different because of the low-rise intake.

You're talking about the hot air pipe down in the intake, right?
