New 1953 Oldsmobile owner

Hi everyone,

I'm from Richmond Indiana, new to the site and new to the 53 Olds. Just picked up my car today and can't wait to get working and driving.Its a 4 door Super88 yellow with black top. Fortunately, it's in good working order but needs some interior work. Looking forward to making some great contacts and learn a few things along the way.I will post some photos when I have a chance.

Glad to have you with us. 53's are nice cars. What body style is it ? Post some pictures when you get the chance. What state and general area are you located in? If you're looking for where to find parts the people in your area will respond more quickly.
