1970 cold weather convertible

Hello I purchased a 1970 cutlass rag top about 2 months ago. The only problem(s) has been someone liked the 71-72 front and rear end better than the 70 I guess. It will be a slow project but with time it will be 1bad442 when it is all said and done.....With the help of a friend(fearthisrocket)...and all the new ones I hope to make on this forum.

The rear is an easy change - it's just the bumper and tail lights that are different. The front is another story. Perhaps the car had front end damage and the only front parts available for repairs were 71-72?

I have a 1970 hood for $100.00. But I am sure the distance will make shipping it unaffordable.

Welcome, hopefully you'll be able to find the parts you need.

I have the 70 core support, headlights, grill, bezels, ram air hood(fiberglass). I'm looking for the hood tongue with the 442 holes, front hood /fender trim, and bumpers. This is not a frame off project , however I plan on it being a very nice driver.

Welcome to CO t-roy. Many of those parts are available through Fusick's. They really are one of the most reputable suppliers of Olds parts. If they don't have certain parts, you can always post your needs in the "parts wanted" section.
