76 Cutlass, Daily driver build.

Figured I would keep a log of what I am doing and hopefully get steered in the right direction if I'm doing something wrong. This is a budget build, just want some more pep in my car so I have some confidence when someone thinks their car is more bas@ss than mine, haha. Anyway, here is the parts list:

Holley 14in Air Cleaner

Holley 750 CFM, Vacuum Secondaries, Electric Choke, Shiny Finish

Edelbrock Performer Intake

1970 Cutlass 350 Heads

1.6 (Comp Cams?) Roller Rockers w/Longer Pushrods

1.992 Intake Valves/1.624 Exhaust Valves

Edelbrock Valve Springs

Edelbrock 3712 Camshaft and Lifter Package
Duration @.50: I-204/E-214
Lift I-.448/E-.472 (.472/.503 w/ 1.6 Rockers)

Flowtech Headers 1 3/4" Primaries/3" Collector

Edelbrock Double Roller Timing Chain




The only thing I'm waiting on right now is the machining for the cylinder heads. Once that is done I will throw it all together, hopefully in under 2 days, so I can get back to work, lol. Any input is welcome. Thanks.

Sounds good! i read somewhere that it was hard finding headers to fit our 76's let me know how that works out?
