Yes I just got brand new set of rocker bars from kanter with rocker arms an stands! One of them where pinned stand is has a wiggle front to back when grabbing it should I run with it or make them send another shaft? Here's pics! Its that stand with the pin thats wiggles!
Do you have micrometers and bore gauges?
Measure the shaft several places along it's length:. Measure the inside bore all rockers.
If the measurements vary more than .001
I would send them all back.
Yes I got mic I'm thinking the hole for pinned stand on shaft is drilled too big I tried tap it in more an it goes way down and stand is loose not good!

Rocker arms and shafts wear. Stands don't.
You might try substituting the original stand for the defective one.
Make sure the oil holes in the shafts point downward, toward the head.
Kanter is not the best choice for parts. Too much cheap chinesium

I don't know 394's but does shaft stay stationary while rockers "rock" on it? If so then the stand and shaft don't move against each other? That seems how it would work....

Precision measurement will tell you if the shaft and rockers need to be replaced. A magnetic dial indicator will also tell you how much the rockers wobble.
FWIW, when I was a soldier I put 371 rockers on the 394 in my 64 98. The rockers had worn so much that they started to chatter. This is before I knew about Kanter. I got the parts from a 63 Dynamic 88 I found in the salvage yard.
So with my caliper of great quality I took this reading the hole for pin an oil as well on bottom showed these readings! So makin progress!top reading new shaft bottom oem!
The hole in the new shaft is .004 larger than it's supposed to be.
No wonder the pin is loose.
Send that stuff back and get your money back.
Get your stuff from Egge or Fusick or Terrill Machine.
Do you have the old original rocker stands?
If you do, try installing the stand, with the pin, on the shaft.
Tap the pin in and see if it's tight
If it is, you're good to go.
Stands don't wear.
