It would be a long haul but my body guy does fantastic work and is $55 an hour. He has experience with several 70-72 Cutlass cars also. If you ever seen my W-30 he is the one that done the body and paint on it. I have no idea why he is not more money but he said he is happy at that.

Thanks and I will certainly keep that in mind. I am currently waiting on a response from a guy in Atlanta who thinks he can take it by the end of this year.

Finally got the body to a shop outside Atlanta GA that has a very good reputation. Things should start progressing now.

Yesterday was a great day. After all the problems I had with the first body shop, I now have a finished Body and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend Kenwood Rod Shop to anyone interested in having restoration work done in the Atlanta Georgia Area. Randy (the owner) is so nice to deal with and is very fair in pricing. He has done several cars for the Top Gear show and cast members of the Walking Dead. Here are a few pictures, have a long ways to go, but its nice to know that the ball is back in my court.

What type and brand of paint is that? Are the stripes around the window decals?

The Paint is PPG and the decals are from Phoenix Graphix.

Looks really good Jim, glad to see the progress!

How did/do you like the decals from Phoenix? Do they seem to be good quality? I will need a set for my car and had not decided where to buy them yet.

Thanks!

Pat
