On my first '67 drop-top I installed polyurethane body bushings and they worked great. The body and frame on that car were not rusted out so the holes were all still original size. Replacing the body bushings with the poly ones took the sag out of the body and even the doors fit better. I have only replaced the body bushings on that one car that i have driven and they made a noticeable difference. I can't say if it would make that big a difference if the original bushings had been on decent shape.

As for which bushings would be best? My opinion would be either the polyurethane or factory style replacements. Just my opinion though.
