Body mount bushings

While routing the new brake lines in my '68 I discovered that one of the body mount bushings had torn and squeezed completely out of position. Would a generic A-body bushing set suffice? It's all I've been able to find online.

This is what I get for saying I'm doing everything short of a frame-off to this car.

the mount doesnt know what it is in so all you need is one that is the same thickness and fits in the same hole. hopefully someone here knows the specs on yours, if not you may have to pull one out to measure it and compare it to the A body.

body bushings

I have some of these.
I will be striping the cars down over the winter and will have plenty of these amongst the 10 cars being striped...
what are they worth?
I just had a guy have me take the headlight actuators out of one of the '66s and he 'offered' me $5 for my troubles and the part...

body mounts

I replaced all mine a few years ago (69 Toro). I couldn't find anything specific to the Toro so I got a set for a Buick Riviera the same year. I compared them to the Toro body mounts and they were as close to the Olds as I could get, except for the core support bushings. I can't remember where I got them but I want to say USA Parts Supply or just a search on eBay.

The Toro body bushings are larger diameter than A-body but may be the same height. I've got photo's if interested...

I'm sure you've found your parts by now... I just ran a search for this information myself, as I'm pretty sure my mounts are shot... I also happened to find a manufacturer that sells body mount kits for our first gen Toro's And though I would share them for anyone else who comes looking...

This place has the rubber components involved, you'd have to re-use your old steel by the sounds of it. They also will refurbish motor mounts apparently.
