anyone have a source for one or know what other gm part may be compatible? I have 3 wires under the dash for it, but the switch I found in the car (in the glove box) is a 2 wire connection, so I'm guessing I have a 2 speed motor with washer pump and the wrong switch.

You should have a 2 speed wiper motor if stock.

The switch you need is common to 1965 and 1966 88's, 98's and Starfires. So are most of the dash parts like clocks,ignition switches, and radios. Scan eBay for a few weeks and one will turn up from someone parting these cars or selling NOS.

The correct switch has a plunger in the middle for the spritz feature, and three spade connectors on the back. Top is power in, bottom 2 are high vs low speed.

 

I do have a 65 88 to part out, have not attacked the dash yet exc. the radio.
