Shoulder belts in 1964?

I was wondering if they were optional on any of the full-size sedans. They sure would be nice to have on a daily driver...

The roof reinforcements and threaded holes were first put into Feb 66 cars; the cowl tag has a punched hole to the left of "Body by Fisher".
