keeping white,white

Hey. Olds delta 88 white interior. Beginning to be brown. GRRRRRRRR. What to use to clean, not harm upholstery-it's all original-46k miles; and keep supple . I've cleaned some newer cars with all kinds of stuff, some leave the rag the color of the upholstery. Looking to avoid this, but interior is white to who knows. Thanks.

I've used Turtle Wax interior cleaner before. It seems to work pretty well. You might also try Simple Green. When you add water to Simple Green it gets foamy and cleans pretty well. Definitely try it in a hidden place at first.

Years ago, when my son was just a toddler, or maybe even before him I owned a little f85 with a white interior that I cleaned using powdered kitchen cleanser with bleach. It worked so well. I removed the panels from the doors and cleaned them in the yard, letting them dry in the sun. The seats too. We have lots more choices now in cleaners but I do know that that method worked extremely well. The white interior came out very bright and clean looking.
