Installing Sport Steering Wheel

I am in the process of replacing the stock steering wheel on my 1971 Cutlass with a 4 spoke sport steering wheel. I sure would appreciate any assistance you all can provide me in this project. It appears to be not too complicated but will all know about assumptions.

Although the job is simple, you will need a steering wheel puller to do the job properly. Some of the Auto store chains loan special tools such as this to customers. If you want to purchase a puller I would recommend this one:

I have this one and have used it to pull harmonic balancers as well as steering wheels.
