Installing a sport steering wheel on 68 Cutlass?

I had a question about installing a 70s style 4 spoke sport steering wheel on a 68 Cutlass Supreme. I know they made hub adapters for it but would I need the original or are there cheaper aftermarket hubs? I am looking to make it a quick release set-up is possible mostly for security reasons but the only ones I have seen are for Grant wheels. If anyone has experience with this let me know. Thanks.

About 30 years ago I modified a hub so it would fit my 66. Not practical unless you have access to a lathe. The 67-8 steering column bowl is a little larger than 66. If someone wants the sport wheel and hub I have, PM me. Basically you machine the column side of the hub, bolt on an aluminum biscuit and then machine to size.
