J88s used the same console as was used in the 64-68 Cutlass line. This shifter uses a rod, not a cable. That makes the location in the car important to ensure you can access all the gears in the trans. You'll likely need to fabricate custom mounting brackets since no one repros the brackets for the full size cars.
