1983 Delta 88 2 dr

Seat worked great until I changed out seats. I changed the seat and used original rails and motor because it worked fine,,,,but of course the housing on the power seat cracked managed to get working but will not stay. I need new housing but don't want plastic. I see some metal housings or replacement 2 piece housings for around $170. Is there any other I can use if I hit junk yard? Part # 20225150R,,,new ones run around 200-375 yikes....
