my 1980 olds has 6 way power seats but no power getting to it i need a wiring diagram for the seat so i can apply power to the seat to move it forward and back to take the seat out and clean up the carpet under neath and lube the tracks. the passenger side is a manual and rusted up,finally got it out with the help of a light tap with a hammer,greased it up lightly moved it back and forth and now it moves nicely. back to the power seat could i just unplug the plug under the seat and run two wires in? how many amps does the seat draw it hasn't been used for about 5 yrs.

 

got the power seat out and cleaned and lubed the stuff in there it works outside the car it just needs a switch.
