rear seat frame 64 F-85 Club Coupe

Guys I may need to source another rear seat frame (bottom part) for my 64 F-85 Club Coupe. Car had no rear arm rests so my question is: is the 64 Cutlass rear seat frame the same length across? ,would seem to me that the Cutlass seat would be shorter due the rear arm rest and ash tray panel? But I have nothing to compare too.

Pretty sure I've got an extra seat bottom from a Post car. I'll have to dig it out and send you the measurements/pictures. That may take me a few days.

2blu442 don't look yet I'm going to remove the old material and check it over. And it would cost a fortune to ship it. Thanks

Alright, let me know what you come up with. I can provide measurements/photos if you do need one and want to try looking locally first.

If you have a Cutlass back seat bottom that came with arm rests could you measure for me? I wonder if a 64 4 door door seat bottom is the same length across?

OK, I'll get the measurements for you. It came out of a 1964 F85 post car with arm rests, so it should be the same as your car. John

HMM with what you said maybe the seats are the same size regardless if the car had arm rests or not. I should have measured the 67 before I sold it.

4 door back seat bottoms are different, the front corners are rounded off (by a lot) to allow easier access into the backseat with the door open. Would be a lot of work to fab up new corners to make it square again.

I dug the seat out of the rafters and discovered it was the seat back from the 1964 post car! So much for my memory. Sorry, I can't help with the measurements. John

Yep, all I need is the measurement across on a rear seat out of a Holiday, then I will compare it to the post car rear seat in case I need to source another seat. Thanks
