1973 Corvette wheel and hub a direct bolt on for '72 Cutlass?

I have my eye on a complete steering wheel for a 1973 Corvette, from horn button to hub. But I'm reading conflicting info online that Corvette wheels fit GM cars fine and that they don't. I want it for my Vista Cruiser. Please help! Will this wheel and hub bolt directly onto my stock 1972 Vista Cruiser?

The vette wheel (C2&C3s) generally has a deeper offset but should work The base adaptor and wheel should bolt up. Measure your spline and measure the collar depth of the olds and compair. Call Ecklers or Corvette Central tech lines and ask. Give Ididit a call. They should be able to give you a definitive answer. Are you looking at the 3 spoke brushed aluminum wheel?

yep, just your typical 3-spoke.

I ended up getting the wheel. Even if it doesn't fit, I got it cheap enough that it isn't a big deal if it doesn't fit perfectly. It's going on a complete beater anyways.

If it's this style hub, it bolts right on. As noted, the dish of the wheel might put it closer to your chest.

I only have a rear view of the hub since the wheel is mounted to it in the pictures, but I'm 99% sure that's it.

Also, I just scored a 4-spoke sport wheel for a cool $35, so I'm going to just cannibalize parts from this Corvette wheel to mount onto the sport wheel, and probably sell the bare Corvette wheel. Or I might keep it on ice in case I feel like changing things up. Decisions, decisions.

For anybody who happens to have the same question I did, the answer is yes. A C3 Corvette steering wheel hub fits a 1972 cutlass, and a bunch of other stuff. The hub is the same.
