Before I finalize installation of the windlace on my 69 Vert I would like to know which way is correct. The Fisher body manual shows a detail that is different than a few car pics I have seen. Detail B clearly shows all excess material being under the upper panel and adhesive used to secure to the pinch weld. The other pic shows the lace being opened up and half in the door jam and the other half behind the panel. I have seen this a few times but question if it is correct.

My convertible is in like detail B and holiday coupe is out like first picture.
