Seat belts
My 79 H/O had its seat belts replaced sometime in its previous life. When they were changed, they didnt rethread them through the guides on the front seats.
Whats the procedure for doing so?

Is it possible to take apart the retracters? The only way to re thread them would be to do that or cut and re-web the belts at the front floor mounts.
Anyone ever ' rebuild a retracter'? Cant seem to find pics and dont want to tear it apart only to find out its not possible.
