I don't know if anyone is interested as it is rather trivial, but when I pulled the original carpet out of my '69 4-4-2 to replace it, I found the tag pictured below under the front carpet piece. Of note is that it is dated May 12, 1969. My '69 is a third week of May 1969 build from Fremont. Not much turn-around time between the date on the carpet tag and when the car was built.
