Need Help finding Gasket

Hey everyone! I am currently refurbishing the air plenum in my 64 98. I have everything together but I need the gasket that goes between the air box and the kickpanel. My car had AC so there is a hole in the passenger side kickpanel that goes to the box that contains the condensor. The gasket bolts to the kickpanel with a ring on top of it. I have checked the following suppliers with no luck.

Kanter, Fusicks, GM Obsolete, Old Air Products

Does anyone else have some leads? I need this gasket because when I took the air plenum apart the gasket that was there was all soft and gooey because the heater core had been leaking. It fell apart in my hand.

gasket

I had the same problem on my '64 Cutlass. I used the channeled EPDM weather stripping from the hardware store, grey. It is probably 5/16" wide and 3/16" thick. I think I had to use 2 widths to seal it. Naturally, I cleaned the mating surfaces well to get t good seal. EPDM is a better, longer lasting rubber than the usual stuff, costs a bit more too.

Hope this helps.
