If you can see underneath, there should be some cables running from the motors to the gears. More than likely the cable that operates forward/backward function is not fully inserted and locked into it's corresponding gear or the gear (I think the correct term is transmission) is broken/stripped. If you can raise the seat as high as possible it will be easier to look for this.

i have looked at these cable's and they are not loose but maybe i could unboltem and then see if they are broken becouse i can "tilt" the chair up a bit.. i check that later today..

the raise up and down funktion of the chair is not working either..

When you do get to it, and if everything looks good (not damaged or loose) it may be a bad transmission. If so, I do not know how to raise the seat, you may have to find someone with small hands and good dexterity. Good luck.

hi the "transmission" must be broken becouse the cables does not turn.. i hade to force the chair up one 1inch to get my hand under there and hand screw the gear it took about 2hours but i finnaly made it... maybe i can rapair the "gears" that turns the cables well i finnaly got the chair out of the car and can focus on getting the interior out of the car

here are some pics of the work that i took with my mobilcamera so the quilty is bad...
