Inside rear window trim

I am removing my package tray fom the rear window. This piece I am talking about covers the back side of the package tray and sits against the bottom of the window. Looks so far like it will be hard to take out. I do not see any screws? Are the screws under neath by the speakers in the trunk? I would like to remove as the previous guy painted it the wrong color.

That part is a welded on part of the car. I know because I had to replace mine. If you want it painted, you may be able to sneak masking paper up against the window but I'd suggest pulling the rear window and cleaning it up. I waited on mine too long and the butyl holding the glass went bad and moisture did it's thing...
