Help to remove dash pad 1964 98

Hello All,

Does anyone have any experience or procedure on how to remove the Dash pad from the dash. Mine has a few cracks and i would like to remove it.

I did remove some bolts that hold the bottom of the dash pad to the dash. Apparently there are other screws on the back side of the dash pad and I am not able to get to them from the outside of the dash.

Does anyone have any idea on how to remove the dash pad without removing the dash, or if not, how would i go about removing the dash.

thank you for any help you can provide

Below is a photo of my dash as it just came out. Hope this helps.
It's a 63 Dynamic 88, but should be similar to 64.
I agree the dash pad bolts seem almost impossible to reach. I think that a minimum a lot of heater & A/C parts would have to be removed. It may not be too much more trouble to remove the dash entirely.
My advice is to get a factory shop manual, It sure saved me a lot of guessing on how things come apart. It is well worth the $50 to $100 you will pay for one. You can usually find one on a search of E-bay.
