should I put the glove box door on before I install the liner? right now I have some bailing wire hold hinge but I believe that when I release the bailing wire the spring pressure on hinge will come down and mess my light up and while I am asking, is my hinge on the correct way?

 

I prefer to put the liner in first.
the hinge doesn't appear to be in correctly , here is a picture out of the assembly manual.

 

thanks for the reply! I did have the hinge on wrong and when I put it on correctly it went together with no problem! Question, is there a (plate) (nut)(387263) that the screws thread into that slips underneath the lip on the dash? if so I am missing that!

 

I believe the nut is a piece of steel, here is a picture of what is off my car
