Just acquired 73 LS 4dr hardtop with 38000 miles. Garaged for 23 years. Interior is a mess. Need B-pillar covers, steering wheel rebuild or replace, dash and arm rest replacement or repair. Never done this before. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Car has 455 4bbl, never wrecked no rust bubble visible and fabric seats in good condition. I don't have a lot of money but its a wonderful old thing and I'd like to drive it.
