Dying a console

Dying a console

I found a light blue console for my '68 cutlass. How good do the dye kits work? and specific product recommendations? I need it black to match my interior.

SEM products are excellent. Clean it really well and use their pre-paint treatment. Most like landau Black for jobs like that.

I also highly recommend Sem Landau Black. I changed color on my console,dash and seats with great results,as yes it does work on seats. The color was saddle and now its black.Just make sure if you decide to use this product that you use the prep they have also.

X3 on SEM landau black, make sure you clean and clean and then clean again and use adhesion promoter.
