Dry Dash pad
The interior plastic on our classic Oldsmobiles becomes sun damaged over time. Besides having the dash professionally restored, the best way to fix it is to remove it, sand the damaged plastic off of the dash and spray paint it (as long as it doesn't have any cracks). I redid the lower B pillar covers on my 71 98 that way many years ago. The paint doesn't match perfectly, but my car isn't a concours restoration anyways.
If you just want to treat the dash any leather/vinyl protectant you can get at the auto parts store will work. Lots of folks bash ArmorAll nowadays. I use the bulk 3D LVP you can get online.
