Eighty-Eight Dash Pad

Hello.

Would anyone happen to have any suggestions where a replacement dash pad could be obtained for an '83 Eighty-Eighty?

Thanks,
Anthony

There are no repros available, so good used is your only option. I doubt that "any upolstery shop" can properly recover one of these. Specialty shops like Just Dashes that vacuum mold new vinyl over your old core do a great job but will be very expensive (likely more than the book value of your car). You can get hard plastic molded dash covers, which look like hard plastic molded dash covers when installed. This may be fine for you - I don't like the look.

Note that all 1977-84 Olds Ninety Eights, 1977-85 Eighty Eights, and 1977-1990 Custom Cruisers use the same dash pad and are suitable donors.
