Adding Shoulder Belts in Early '68 Cutlass Holiday Coupe?

I'm planning on adding shoulder belts to my early / fall '67 build '68 Cutlass (before shoulder belts were required). Will my Holiday coupe roof have the mounting points under the headliner to anchor the shoulder section of the belt? My original headliner is in perfect shape and I don't want to start poking around looking for those points (if they are there) and risk damaging it. Also, any pictures or measurements to located these points would be greatly appreciated. If the threaded holes are there, is it safe to assume that cutting two small holes for the screws and bolting the belt bracket from the outside (w/o farting around w/ the headliner) is the correct procedure for doing this?? Thanks.

Front shoulder belts were optional on early cars, so the hard points were built in from the factory.

I added Morris 3 point belts to my 69. I can get some photos and measurements this evening if you'd like?

Thanks all. Found this quote and pic on a Chevelle site, so I should be in the clear:

GM started installing the reinforced threaded mounts in all cars starting in Feb 66.

The anchor looks to be located near the middle of the rear window, just forward of the garment hanger.
