I have a 1955 Oldsmobile Super 88 and I am missing a couple interior pieces. I need a factory radio, the lock for the glove box, the clock for the passenger side(at least i think thats what goes there, and i think maybe the dash chrome. Where can i find all these?

Had the car for two years and just now getting around to working on it so im sure ill have more questions in the future

The glove door lock is available new on EBay (fits several year models ,all GM) new for $29.95 with key.do you need just the clock or bezel with clock attached. Larry

 

The bevel with the clock attached. What do i need to search for to find the glove box lock? Or do you have a link?

 

Lock / Key just Google EBay motors, Chevy glove box lock ,and it was the 6th down from the top of list. Also on EBay there's a clock bezel complete with clock for ($89)listed '55 Olds 88 and 98 Clock Bezel. Good luck, Larry

 

John, there were 2 kinds of Radios in '55. One was with push buttons(called Deluxe) and it had one part that mounted behind the clock that contained the speaker, and the other part that mounted in the dash. Your best bet is to look in the classified section,on this site and maybe someone will have one in a parts car that They will sell you. Hey john a member here (Black67442) just listed a '56 Olds parts car in classifieds that has glove box Lock in it,and has clock bezel and clock, if they are same as '55. Radio has been removed but he may still have it. Larry
