I moved your post because you had tacked it onto a thread that was four years old and on a different topic. The shifter you've pictured was custom made. Hurst DID sell an aftermarket version of the dual gate for the four speed automatics (200-4R and 700R4) in the 1980s. These are long out of production but show up on ebay occasionally for stupid money. Shiftworks sells a kit to convert a 3spd Dual Gate to a 4spd, but I've seen these kits and in my opinion they are not satisfactory. the OD position is in the old Neutral position.
