I would double check the connections at the horn relay on the fender to make sure all is well there. Next I would look at the starter and the battery cables.
If you can't turn it with the socket then try pulling the spark plugs and try again. If it still wont move then I'd say you have a bigger issue on your hands.

I am trying to understand something. If the engine is indeed frozen for some reason why didn't it just freeze up the second the problem occurred. If I understand Sicky it became unstartable only after he turned it off and tried to restart. Is that correct?
If that is correct sounds more like a starter or electric problem. However the ominous sign is thit at he can't hand turn the engine. Now that could just be because he is a weakling....
I can turn my engine by grabbing 2 sets of belts and using the leverage they afford....it ain't real easy, but very doable.

I had one time a starter stick and burn a bearing up and lock the the engine up
we started to pull it to rebuild and found the stater with the bad bearing before
I got to far. not saying it is. what did the plugs look like? Can you see
smoke at the start of your loop-ti loop from the trumpet ? hard to see on you tube and sounds funny like a tractor tire or large off road tire as he pulls up to drive at the end of his masculine man power display .

well the spark plug looked fine but you can smell gas on them. not too sure about other smells though. i will pull the starter and see what that looks like to make sure, but i just replaced both the horn relay and starter not too long ago

Is it an auto or a manual trans?
I did the same thing as a teenager (dang line-loc burnouts). My '74 Road Runner locked up after I parked it. The trans and converter had to be seperated from the motor with two huge prybars. engine was fine, converter and trans were gone.

If this is a stickshift... did you have someone pressing in the clutch while trying to turn it over with the breakerbar? If not, that engine ain't going to turn.
If it was still runnning when it stopped (and not making a ton of noise (dropped valve) then something else is causing it not to turn over.
Same thing can happen as mentioned above if its an automatic car- which will cause the motor to not be able to turn. Separate the torque converter from the flex plate and then see if you can turn the engine by hand.

That sucks big time, man. Would be cool if the timing chain jumped or something simple like that. Just look at it this way, if the motor has never been out of the car it is for the better. You can now have the heads upgraded for unleaded fuel, and as long as the crankshaft is saveable, you shouldn't have to break the bank on it. If that's the original motor you could set it aside and find you a good 68-70 455 to build for playtime. It'll be alright.

Trust me, you can screw up an auto trans and converter enough to where the engine won't spin.
Dad made me cut the wires to the line-loc after we put another trans in.
Can't wait till my son starts driving!

I think you can wreck an avil if you try hard enough
69 h/o's only came with a auto thats all I was saying. If you listen to the vid to me it makes a funny sound at the end as he pulls up slow , and i cant tell if it is blowing smoke from tail pipe at the start of his fun run or if it is from the tires yes most is from tires but the start of the looks like it is high and far back like from the tail pipe?
