Rear quarter power window binds/stuck

'70 442 The motor hums and the window struggles to open or close. How difficult is it to get to the mechanism and troubleshoot?
Thanks for your help!

Remove the rear seat.
Remove the trim panel.
Pull the access panel on the body sidewall.

A 1970 Fisher Body manual is also very helpful when repairing power windows.

Often when this happens it's due to a broken plastic window roller. Also, lubricate the tracks with silicone grease.

Removed trim and access panel. Window is stuck in down position. Using flashlight, it's obvious there's roller that's totally buggered up. I do have a '70 Fisher body manual. Looks like I will have to remove the window channel assembly. Manual says to have the window half way up, or am I missing something? Any tips on removing the assembly? Forgot to mention it's a convertible, but that shouldn't matter, should it?
Thanks
