Tail light LED wiring

Evening all,
I am installing LED panels into my 1972 Cutlass Supreme tail light housings. The panels are connected directly by the bulb sockets. But there is a separate wire that is run to the dash which powers the sequential blinking pattern. The wiring instructions state that this wire needs to be connected to an ignition power source either wire or fuse block. Note the wire must be a non parasitic source.
Can any one recommend what would be the best power source, either wire or fuse block wise to use as my power source.

Any one of the terminals in the fuse box labeled ACC or IGN. You just want a 12V source that is hot when the key is in RUN.

Here is the terminal you will want to connect to.

I wonder what they mean by non-parasitic. They're all parasitic. Maybe they mean not restricted to engine being running?

I assumed that meant "full time power" as opposed to only being hot when the key was in RUN. If the load is connected to the battery all the time, it's a parasitic loss. Yeah, not the clearest way to word that, but the translation from the original Chinese was apparently difficult.

Impeccable timing! I just finished reading the instructions for a backup camera I bought for my truck. Clearly, whoever translated or wrote the instructions does not have a clear grasp of the English language.
