I can't seem to get any help on the parts wanted portion of this site, so can someone tell me if the concave washer/disc and spring that holds the steering column bearing in place on a 67 Cutlass is Olds specific and or what other years will work?

Yes, all GM "A" bodies are the same on those parts. I recently ordered lower bearing from NPD's Chevelle catalog and installed it on/in a Olds 66 tilt floor shift column. I would assume non tilt column parts would also interchange with Our Olds.
I have a service manual for 66 olds and got the part number there, Googled the number and read the results which told it was a Chevelle part as well as other brands.
