69 Olds 442 Thermostatic Vac Switch Routing

69 442 w/AC and a 4 speed,
I looked through the Chassis Manual as well as the Assembly manual and It doesn't make sense to me.
My TVS has the top port routed to the Air Cleaner, The Middle Port is routed to the front of the intake manifold and the bottom port only has a short piece of hose on it with a small orifice at the end.

The car does run very well and has not overheated at idle.
Should I leave well enough alone?

I would leave it as is unless you want the underhood to be "show correct".

Here is the correct routing for a 69 w/ ac and 4 speed.

Top (blue) to vacuum advance
middle (red) to carb
bottom (yellow) to intake.

Great info and thanks for the picture very helpful.
Where on the island are you from?
I originally lived n Huntington prior to relocating to Florida..

Thanks again.

One more question
Currently the upper TVS vacuum lines goes to the item pictured.
Where would that be connected to if I follow the correct routing?

Thank you
