What color Red for a '68 Trunk "S" emblem

Seeing that no one re produces the 'vert Trunk "S" I am going to try spiffing mine up a bit. Anyone know what the best red to use would be? I looked closely at the new front one from OPGI and it appears there are 2 reds used ( the little squares alternate between shades) , one a bit more metallic than the other. My wife suggested nail polish as there are hundreds more shades etc to choose from, anyone tried that? longevity of the repair????

You might look into a paint color called "Claret Red Metallic". I got a shorter spray can of it at AutoZone. It's in the Dupli-Color line of "Perfect Match" touch up spray cans. Label on the can cap reads:

BCC0365 Claret Red Met (PM4, GM4) Replaces DSCC365
