Can you identify this trunk lock cover?

I need some help identifying this trunk lock cover. I think it is from the mid 60's, but cannot find this part number in any of my books. Can you help? Thanks!

Joe and Ozzie- Thank you for the info. My 66-75 book shows the part with a 75 on the end instead of the 73 which is probably why I could not identify it. And yes it is for sale. And m371961 I have sent you a PM. Thanks for the inquiry as it looks like it has never been installed.
