Weight of E Heads

I'm trying to sort out what front springs to use to bring the front end back down to correct height. I have before/after weights on every componet I changed, except for E heads.

Does anyone have a weight on these?

Not sure how accurate you need to be ,but i just weighed a set of j`heads (i cant imagine them being that much different from e-heads) one complete head no valve cover was exactly 70 pounds according to my big buck scale ,which is pretty accurate.

Thinks, Jeff.

I agree, I think all the BB heads have close to the same weight.

Using your figure, I've cut about 200 lb from my front end weight. No wonder the car sits too high!
