Various trim levels on 66 442
What's your question, exactly? This is a Fremont car, so the 5V code doesn't appear on the cowl tag. There's no way to prove the car is a 442 without a build sheet. 3617 is an F85 Deluxe Holiday Coupe, and yes the RPO L78 442 option was available on that model. K C paint code says that it's a two-tone car with Ocean Mist lower and Provincial White roof. TR946 is a Turquoise interior.

Thank you very much for the info. I appreciate it.
I'm selling it, and I didn't want to mislead anyone. It was looked over and determined it is far more likely it's a 442. Original paint and parts, one fender was badly repaired but since corrected. Original fuel lines etc. Boxed arms. The normal replacement stuff too. But all the factory stuff is intact. Dual hangers. Clutch stuff. Etc.
Unfortunately, unlike Mopars, Olds cowl tags provide precious little info. The only other item on that tag is the 02D, which indicates the assembly date as the fourth week of February. Non-Fremont tags from 1964-67 actually do have some additional option codes, but unfortunately Fremont didn't stamp them.
There is one other small item on the cowl tag. The hole punched to the left of Body by Fisher indicates that the roof is prepared for shoulder belts. That is consistent with the date; Olds started doing this in Feb. 66.
I've seen that hole, but in the top right before. I'm sure that was a running change in mid year, so new codes would not be available until the next year's model.
In 67, they all got the mounts, regardless of if they got the belts. In Jan 1, 68, shoulder belts in hardtops were Fed mandate.
