Unknown Parts

Hey guys,

These were in a box of early 50's and 60's loose parts. Any idea as to what the hell they are?

The company Reflect-O-Lite used to make lamp assemblies for rvs & trailers. They're no longer in business. Maybe those things you have are some kind of tool for removing the lens or housing???
